10 cups zucchini
4cups onion
5 Tablespoon salt
2 ¼ cup vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
2 chopped green peppers
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp celery seed
½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp cornstarch
Season to taste with hot peppers
Mix zucchini, onion, and salt together. Let stand overnite in fridge. Rinse
salt out in morning
Add remaining ingredients to zucchini mixture and cook for 20 minutes.
Pack into sterile jars and process in boiling water for 20 minutes.
